strategies are what I do--to influence what will happen (your objectives) to reach goal (5 to 6 TOTAL)
identify the major components of the project
provide details about how the project funds are spent
larger in scope than simple project activities
examples: professional development, infrastructure, personnel, resources, collab with community
activities are small and specific
-Decide on what medium (note cards, Inspiration, etc) you will use to develop your Logic Map for the September meetings in Swain and create the cards for strategies, goals, and objectives
-check progress of hardware installation
-discuss collaboration, fall professional development
